Located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the hotel will be managed by Vida Hotels and Resorts. Manzil Downtown Dubai will have 155 standard king rooms, 56 twin rooms and eight Burj View suites with a balcony, in an Arabian cultural style. The hotel will feature The Courtyard, an area for social interaction, and an all–day dining restaurant, Boulevard Kitchen, serving food from across the Middle East. Guests will also have access to the sports hub Nezesaussi, an acronym for New Zealand, South Africa and Australia describing the food from the three countries it will serve, as well as Fümé, a 200-seat restaurant slated to open in the first half of this year.
