Home Industry Hospitality Emaar unveils new Address hotel in Dubai Marina The new property features an iconic design with a gap in the middle to maximise sunlight and viewing space by Robert Anderson September 26, 2016 Emaar Hospitality has unveiled plans for the first Dubai beachfront resort under its Address Brand with a new property at Jumeirah Beach Residences in Dubai Marina. The Address Jumeirah Resort will feature 182 hotels rooms, serviced residences and residential apartments in a unique 290m rectangular shaped construction with a gap in the middle. It will overlook the upcoming Dubai Eye ferris wheel and include a rooftop swimming pool and 100 metres of beach frontage, with several F&B outlets and a top floor lounge. “The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa will be an astonishing development that will redefine the traditional concepts of beachfront hotels. It also underlines our focus on growing as a management company through long-term contracts. While the new property’s imposing architecture will be a key draw for visitors, the proven standards of service defined by The Address Hotels + Resorts will make it a destination of choice for corporate and leisure visitors from around the world,” said Chris Newman, chief operations officer of Emaar Hospitality Group. The overall property, set over 19,680 square metres, will function as two towers with a welcoming lobby at the base and penthouse and skylofts at the top. One tower will be dedicated to the hotel and serviced residences and the other to the apartments with separate pools and other facilities for each. There will also be five F&B concepts including a lobby lounge, all-day dining restaurant connected to the pool, signature restaurant, beach grill and destination lounge on the roof. A full service spa, 24-hour gym, dedicated board rooms and ballrooms will be among the other facilities. Emaar has four operational hotels and two serviced residences under the Address brand, with five other hotels and six serviced residents under development. It will shortly open the Address Boulevard Dubai and earlier this year opened its first property under the mid-scale Rove brand.
