Home Transport Aviation Emirates Starting Sialkot Services Emirates will aim to capitalise on the region’s varied export scene. by Dominic Ellis August 13, 2013 Emirates is starting four-times weekly flights to Sialkot from November 5, marking its fifth route in Pakistan. The service will be operated by a two-class Airbus A330-200 aircraft with 54 business and 183 economy class seats. EK620 will depart Dubai at 0415 and arrive in Sialkot at 0820 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The return flight, EK621, will leave Sialkot at 0945, arriving in Dubai at 1235. Sialkot is located in the north-east of the Punjab province, around 125 kilometres north of Lahore, and exports sports goods and clothing, gloves, surgical instruments, cutlery, ceramics and leather garments. Emirates will offer 17 tonnes of cargo on board. The new flights raise Emirates’ schedule to 63 flights a week between Dubai and Pakistan. 0 Comments
