Home GCC UAE Emirates unveils ‘Year of tolerance’ A380 for historic multicultural flight The one-off, EK 2019 flight, will take off on November 29 by Zainab Mansoor November 27, 2019 Dubai carrier Emirates, unveiled its A380 decked in the ‘Year of Tolerance’ livery, on November 27, it announced today. The one-off EK 2019 flight will fly across the UAE on November 29. UAE citizens and residents will be able to see the plane swooning at low altitudes across the UAE at the following approximate local times. Um Al Quwain – 11.45am Ras Al Khaimah – 11.55am Fujairah – 12.05pm Al Ain – 12.25pm Sharjah – 12.35pm Ajman – 12.45pm EK 2019 is scheduled to land back in Dubai at approximately 1pm local time, a statement said. After its debut, the A380 aircraft will fly across the carrier’s network to more than 50 locations during the next 12 months, aiming to share messages of tolerance and mutual respect. Earlier this month, Emirates urged citizens and residents of the UAE interested in being part of the flight to register their name, nationality and contact details on its website.
