Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi Launches Concierge App

Well-heeled residents living in Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi can now access a Concierge App that links to an interactive directory of services and suppliers.

Tenants can order directly from car hire/valet, cleaning and private catering companies, as well as supermarkets, spas, restaurants and leisure operators.

Richard Foulds, head of Property Management at Etihad Towers, said technology can play “a central role” in achieving premium service at the complex. The app, developed by Evolvin Networks, is believed to be a first for the Abu Dhabi market.

Messages, releases and events can be updated via the application, email and SMS. Etihad Towers also intend to add utility payments to the app, in addition to luxury offerings such as a personal shopper.

The application can also arrange the user’s entire schedule for a day in Abu Dhabi, from airport pickup and tickets for theme parks to desert safaris and restaurant reservations.
