Right Bite is launching its first shop in the UAE. Why the need for a physical outlet?

Opening our new outlet, Right Bite NOW, gives us the opportunity to reach out to more people within the UAE, allowing them to experience our brand. With this new shop, we are reinforcing our efforts to re-shape people’s eating habits and their relationship with food, thus helping them to change their patterns of eating by making fresh, healthy and convenient meals available close by. Right Bite NOW is their access to better and healthier choices.

Is healthy fast food gaining traction in the country?

I believe so! With today’s busy lifestyle, fast food has become a part of our regular diet, but I am glad to say that we are able to offer people the convenience of healthy eating on demand which will help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Who are your target customers?

Everyone, to be honest. We believe that we would love to feed children and adults alike and have designed our menu with that in mind. Right Bite NOW gives individuals a delivery or dine-in option that will satisfy their hunger and take care of their health simultaneously. We are open daily from 10 am to 11 pm and deliver to the surrounding neighborhoods around the Jumeirah Lake Towers area.

What are the biggest challenges that you face here?

Our biggest challenge is logistics. When someone is hungry and orders delivery, he/she wants to have it as soon as possible and this is something we are constantly improving and hoping to overcome and achieve.

With retail booming, both local and international F&B operators are flooding Dubai’s market. Do you think the market is getting too saturated?

I believe that the next few years will be very interesting to see how things play out in this sector. There are a lot of players in the market and the key to success will be consistency in both quality and service.

Are you looking at opening more physical outlets/ or launching any other new services in the future?

Our store in JLT will hopefully be the first of many more similar outlets within Dubai as we hope to service all residents. In parallel, we are constantly researching and developing our offerings and we have a few new programmes that we will also be launching under our Right Bite personalised service.

Are you planning to expand to other parts of the UAE/ other GCC countries?

For Right Bite NOW, we currently service Dubai only, however for our personalised meal delivery service, we are able to cater to individuals living not only in Dubai but who are also living in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman; and we are also in talks for franchises in other GCC countries.

Will you be hiring in the next six months?

Yes, as this is in-line with our growth and expansion. We are always on the lookout for new talent and individuals that will fit into our organisational structure.
