New projects include a hotel in the Burj Khalifa Master Community, comprising fully serviced apartments; two four-star properties in Al Barsha and Al Garhoud; and a 90-room hotel in Deira’s Al Baniyas district. The developments will swell its Dubai portfolio to 11 hotels and increase its total inventory from 780 to more than 1700 rooms. V.A. Hassan, chairman & CEO of Flora Hospitality, said its growth plans come as the city “promises continued expansion” after winning Expo 2020 and it continues to offer “great opportunities for investment”.
