Home Transport Aviation Flydubai Launches Business Class Services Low-cost carrier charts new commercial flight path with launch of premium services today. by Dominic Ellis October 8, 2013 Flydubai flight FZ729 touched down at Kiev’s Boryspil Airport early this morning – marking the carrier’s first commercial business class service. Premium services to Istanbul start tomorrow, which will be joined by Doha from October 18 and Erbil from October 28. The next couple of months will see seven more business class destinations added to the network: Baghdad and Kuwait (both November 7) will be followed by Bahrain (14th), Beirut, Riyadh and Dammam (all 27th), and Jeddah on December 7. Other routes set to feature the new 12-seat business class configuration shortly will be Bishkek, Bucharest, Donetsk, Dushanbe, Kabul, Kiev, Krasnodar, Juba, Malé, Mineralny Vody, Rostov on Don, Kazan, Kharkiv, Skopje, Ufa and Yekaterinburg. The airline will receive three new aircraft fitted with business class by the end of the year, along with retrofitting nine aircraft from its existing fleet of 31 aircraft. Business Class passengers receive priority check in at Dubai International’s Terminal 2 and access to a round-the-clock Business Team (email: ([email protected]).
