Home Transport Aviation Flynas To Launch New Business Class Saudi carrier to roll out new premium product as it seeks a fresh start in 2014. by Dominic Ellis November 13, 2013 Flynas is to offer a new business class on all routes from January as part of a new strategy to attract 20 million passengers by 2020. Premium passengers will receive a generous 48-inch seat pitch and “extra-wide armrests” as well as greater flexibility for last minute cancellations or changes, hot meals or snacks delivered to their seat, extra hold baggage and free access to executive lounges. The airline said its fares would be “competitive” as part of the new strategy, which includes a fresh green and white livery. Its website has also been revamped with a fresh design to boost navigation and extends to mobile apps allowing passengers to easily book, check-in and track flights when on the go. Sulaiman Al-Hamdan, CEO Nas Holding, said it marked a “new chapter” for the seven-year-old Saudi carrier, as passengers would have access to more variety of services.
