Home Lifestyle Travel Four Seasons Unveils Branded Jet Move helps elevate Four Seasons’ private jet itineraries which have been on sale since 2012 by Dominic Ellis April 23, 2014 Luxury operator Four Seasons has unveiled what is believed to be the hotel industry’s first fully branded private jet. The Boeing 757, due to take off in February 2015, will accommodate 52 passengers and is designed to provide luxury travellers with a complete ground-to-air travel experience. On board comforts will include handcrafted leather flatbed seats, “globally inspired cuisine” and wifi. In recent times it has been airlines which have sought to replicate five-star services in the air, but in this instance, the roles are reversed. Four Seasons in-flight staff and dedicated on-board concierge will co-ordinate with local concierges in each destination. The branded move is a logical extension for Four Seasons which has been selling tailor-made private jet itineraries, that incorporate stays at the hotel chain’s properties, since 2012. The jet is being leased from TAG Aviation through TCS Expeditions. The aircraft, including accompanying staff and crew, may also be privately chartered. Reservations are currently open for two 24-day Around the World trips (February and August 2015), and Backstage with the Arts (April 2015). The Around the World package is priced $119,000 and Backstage with the Arts costs $69,000, both based on double occupancy. 0 Comments
