Free parking announced in Dubai for three days
The directive is effective, starting Thursday, March 25
All public parking bays across the emirate of Dubai will be free of charge for three days, starting Thursday, March 25, until Saturday, March 27.
Multi-storey parking remains exempt from this directive.
#RTA announces that all Customer Happiness Centres and Service Providers will be closed and all public parking will be free of charge (except the multi-storey parking) from Thursday, March 25, until Saturday, March 27. Noting that they will operate again on Sunday, March 28.

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has added that normal parking charges will resume from Sunday, March 28.

All Customer Happiness Centres and service providers will also be closed for three days, beginning March 25, in line with a government directive, to mourn the demise of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid.

Flags will be flown at half-mast during the mourning period.
