The authority said surface parking will be free during the holiday from Saturday, December 2, until 7:59 a.m. on Tuesday December 5. Customers may continue to apply for ITC’s services on its digital platforms through its website www.itc.gov.ae, the TAMM platform, the Darb and Darbi smart apps. The ITC declared that the Darb toll gate system will be free of charge during the UAE Union Day holiday. The toll gate charges will resume on Tuesday during the regular peak hours (from 07:00 am to 09:00 am and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). UAE Union Day free parking in Dubai Meanwhile, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) also announced its working hours for all services during the UAE Union Day holiday. RTA said the change in business hours will impact customer happiness centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transport means, and centres conducting technical inspections of vehicles. Public parking in Dubai will be free during the holiday. However, the transport regulator said free parking does not apply to multi-level terminals. Parking fees will be activated on Tuesday, 5. RTA said (16) bus routes will be redirected on Sheikh Zayed Road (only towards Abu Dhabi) from December 1-3. These include bus routes 10, 15, 21, 7, 8, 83, 91, E101, 98E, 96, 95A, 95, 91A, X94, X92, and E102. There will be an expected delay in bus service on these routes during the redirection period from 6:30am to 11:30am, in addition to cancelling some trips due to the impact of road diversions. The stops of the mentioned bus routes will be closed during the mentioned dates and period. The services will be normal on all other routes as follows: Mondays to Thursdays from 4:30am to 12:30am (next day) Fridays from 5am to 12:30am (next day).
