Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: Saudi registers 1,905 cases; Kuwait records 7 deaths The death toll in Saudi Arabia has risen to 273 by Zainab Mansoor May 13, 2020 The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has reported 1,905 additional coronavirus cases, spiking the tally of overall infections to 44,830. The city of Riyadh led with 673 cases, followed by Jeddah (338) and Makkah (283). The ministry also confirmed nine additional deaths, raising the death toll to 273. The total infections now stand at 11,028 while the Covid-19-related death toll has risen to 82. The tally of infections has risen to 4,019. Qatar The Ministry of Public Health has announced 1,390 positive Covid-19 cases in the country, as a result of 3,833 people screened for the virus in the last 24 hours.
