Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 674 cases, Saudi records 672 new cases, 33 deaths The death toll in Saudi Arabia has risen to 4,338 by Zainab Mansoor September 15, 2020 UAE The UAE reported 674 new Covid-19 cases after nearly 87,000 new tests were carried out in the country, the ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Tuesday. The figures take the total number of infections reported in the UAE to 80.940. The country also recorded 654 recoveries, taking the total tally to 70,635. The kingdom has a total of 17,570 active cases, with 1,286 cases reported to be critical. The total infections in the country have now totaled 90,660, including 84,113 recoveries and 797 deaths, Times of Oman reported. Bahrain Out of 11,337 Covid-19 tests carried out on September 14, 658 new cases have been detected. An additional 523 patients have also recovered, scaling the number of recoveries to 54,204. Qatar The Ministry of Public Health has registered 239 new Covid-19 infections and one death in the preceding 24 hours.
