The UAE recorded its highest daily rise in new Covid-19 cases yesterday, equalling 1,083. The new cases were detected as a consequence of 93,618 tests conducted by local health authorities to screen for the virus. The health ministry also confirmed 942 recoveries as well as one Covid-19-related fatality. The total cases in the country now stand at 95,907, including 885 deaths, Times of Oman reported. Kuwait Kuwait registered 552 new Covid-19 cases and two deaths, Kuwait News Agency reported. The death toll stands at 592, while the registered cases tally 101,851. Bahrain Out of 10,997 Covid-19 tests carried out on September 23, 612 new cases have been detected. As many as 750 additional recoveries were also confirmed, scaling the total of recoveries to 60,117.
