Global Village Season 28: Opening date, ticket prices, fireworks, circus and more

Global Village is all set to reopen its gates on October 18, offering visitors an exciting array of entertainment options. With a wide range of live shows and performances, this season promises to be a thrilling experience for all.

Visitors can look forward to captivating live shows by musical troupes and acts that will take the stage and roam around the park.

AINJAA Returns: Global Village favorites, AINJAA, will be back to drum their way through the venue. This year, they will join forces with America’s Got Talent alumni, Urban Crew, who will dazzle the audience with their acrobatic feats.

Fusion Japan: In January, the Fusion Japan team will showcase an impressive display of tumbling, hip-hop, and physical feats, adding an international flavor to the entertainment line-up.

Dhol Foundation: All the way from the United Kingdom, the Dhol Foundation will bring South Asian drumming and Celtic music together in a mesmerizing performance in February.

Mumbai Nights: Mumbai Nights will set the stage on fire with electrifying Bollywood routines.

Merry-Go-Round: Experience the wonder of Merry-Go-Round, a live circus troupe featuring jugglers, fire-breathers, acro dancers, and more.

The show, set in the year 2075, transports viewers to a world where toys come to life, featuring flying bikes, LED-covered police cars, and a tank.

Kids’ Theatre: Children can enjoy a fantastic line-up of characters, including The Wonderers, PJ Masks, and Peter Rabbit, at the Kids’ Theatre.

Global Show Academy: The Global Show Academy offers interactive performances and workshops exclusively at the Kids’ Theatre.

Cultural Performances: Season 28 will showcase cultural performances across the pavilion stages and live street entertainment at every corner.

Fireworks Extravaganza: Fireworks will light up the skies every Friday and Saturday at 9 pm, adding a touch of magic to the evenings.

Global Village ticket prices

Global Village has introduced a 10 per cent discount on entry tickets purchased via its app or website.

There are two types of tickets for Season 28: ‘Value’ tickets, valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), and ‘Any Day’ tickets, offering flexibility for weekend and holiday visits. Entry ticket prices start at Dh22.50, making it an affordable and entertaining outing for all.

When visitors purchase a ticket to Global Village, they gain access to the park, 27 country pavilions, an authentic Emirati heritage area, and the Road of Asia.

Global Village promises to be a world of entertainment, culture, and fun for the entire family, starting from October 18, 2023 and the season will go on until April 2024.
