The towering five-star hotel contains 428 rooms and suites with private balconies and 60 full-service one and two-bedroom residences. The MICE-focused hotel features 4,700sqm of space including 10 meeting rooms with private terraces and two self-contained ballrooms (Al Bateen ballroom spans 1,040sqm and has its own entrance) along with two private cinemas. Leisure facilities include a 50m Infinity pool, plunge pool and podium rooftop adult pool as well as a 24-hour fitness centre with an outdoor terrace and guests can unwind in a 1,900sqm spa with 11 treatment rooms, hammam, sauna, steam-bath, beauty salon and relaxation room. Food and beverage options encompass Verso (Italian), Pearl Lounge and LEXX wine bar and cigar lounge and three venues will open in September – Sabha, Aisu and Bovine steakhouse.
