Home Industry Hospitality Hilton To Launch RAK Hotel The company expands its footprint with yet another project to add to its growing number in the region by Heather Jimaa May 8, 2014 Hilton Worldwide signed an agreement today with business partner, Mohamed Ruqait Real Estate for the opening of a DoubleTree by Hilton located in the Marjan Island Village. Expected to launch at the end of 2015 the 205 key property will be the third hotel for the DoubleTree brand in Ras Al Khaimah. “DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island Village represents another important new chapter for our brand’s growing presence in the UAE,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. Hilton Worldwide has also just recently opened its first DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Residences in the Al Barsha area of Dubai. The 359 room property is the second to open in the UAE in 2014. The company also plans to open two more branches in Jumeira beach, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah and its first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Abu Dhabi in early 2017. 0 Comments
