The 316-room DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Masdar City will comply with the environmental ethos of Masdar and seek to secure the prestigious ‘Estidama 3-pearl’ rating. Estidama, Arabic for ‘sustainability’, is the UAE equivalent to the globally-recognised LEED programme. Hilton signed the management agreement with local investor, Reliable Property Investment, which is owned by Sheikh Ahmed Al Nahyan. The hotel will contain ample meeting and event space, a business centre and a wide choice of bars and restaurants along with an outdoor pool, health club and Hilton Worldwide’s spa concept, Eforea. 0 Comments
