Hilton Opens First DoubleTree Hotel In Dubai

Hilton Worldwide has announced the opening of Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Residences Dubai in Al Barsha. 

The 359 room property is the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel to open in Dubai and the second to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2014.

“DoubleTree by Hilton is proud to present our fourth opening in the Arabian Peninsula region. In addition to the existing DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah, the recent openings on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Dubai opening will secure our Middle East presence and build awareness about our brand and service culture,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton.

The hotel consists of 181 rooms, 13 suites, 41 studios and 124 one and two bedroom apartments.

It is targeted towards both leisure and business guests for short and long term stays, and includes WiFi in public areas, thee meeting rooms, complimentary shuttle bus to Mall of the Emirates and Dubai public beaches, 24-hour business and fitness centres, sauna, steam room and an outdoor pool.

Hilton Double Tree will open in three other UAE locations this year including Ras al Khaimah, Marjan Island, and Jumeirah Beach.
