Home UAE Dubai In-Room IPads For Address Hotels’ Guests New tech move allows guests to access hotel services and make spa, golf and movie bookings by Dominic Ellis March 12, 2014 The Address Hotels + Resorts is rolling out its ‘eLifestyle’ room automation service which enables guests to access services and make bookings directly from in-room iPads. Guests and residents of the serviced residences can liaise with room service, housekeeping, concierge and laundry departments and access details on F&B, recreation and leisure facilities. Bookings for any of the five spas within The Address Hotels + Resorts, golf lessons and tee time at The Address Montgomerie Dubai and movie tickets for Reel Cinemas can also be made through the iPads. Emaar’s other retail attractions including KidZania, Dubai Ice Rink, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, SEGA Republic, and At the Top, Burj Khalifa, will also be included, and in time the elifestyle will extend to Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Philippe Zuber, COO, Emaar Hospitality Group, said the launch is testament to its efforts to remain at the forefront of a fast-changing industry and complements other moves such as 24-hour check-in and wifi-on-the-go in its limousines. The system also features social media integration, which enables guests to find details of various restaurants and recreation options through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and third-party travel and tourism websites such as TripAdvisor.com and Booking.com. 0 Comments
