Home Industry Hospitality InterContinental Hotels signs Kuwait exclusivity deal with Bukhamseen Group The agreement includes country-wide exclusivity for Bukhamseen for a 10-year term by Staff Writer June 15, 2017 InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed an agreement with Kuwaiti conglomerate Bukhamseen Group Holding to build and operate its hotels exclusively in Kuwait. The agreement includes country-wide exclusivity for Bukhamseen for a 10-year term and covers six IHG brands: InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Resort, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. IHG currently operates three hotels in the country in partnership with Bukhamseen including Crowne Plaza Al Thuraya City, Holiday Inn Al Thuraya City and Holiday Inn Salmiya.
