Home Industry Construction ISG Secures $35m Refurbishment Contract With Kempinski The project will include the upgrade and refurbishment of all 393 guest rooms by Heather Jimaa April 29, 2014 ISG, an international construction services company, has won a $35 million contract to refurbish the Kempinski Hotel in Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates. The project will include the upgrade and refurbishment of all 393 guest rooms, suites and ski chalets in addition to gym, spa and meeting room facilities. ISG will also transform the exterior of the building. “Our growing international reputation, diversified service offer and larger project capability makes ISG well positioned to take advantage of recovering overseas markets, especially in the hospitality and retail sectors,” said ISG chief executive David Lawther. It is the company’s largest project in Dubai and is set for completion by the end of 2015. The project is one of many won by the construction and refurbishment company in last two months, with contracts including Louis Vuitton in Paris, Nike in La Defense and refurbishment deals with china’s Abercrombie & Fitch and a project with Four Points in Malaysia to add to its list. 0 Comments
