Home UAE Dubai Jumeirah To Enter Mauritius New resort will open in 2018 and complements its two properties in the Maldives by Dominic Ellis May 22, 2014 Jumeirah Group has signed a management agreement to operate a luxury resort in Mauritius which is expected to open in 2018. The hotel, which will be set on 68.5 hectares of land and located approximately 50km from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, will include all-day dining and specialty restaurants, lounge and poolside bars, meeting and events space, spa facilities, a pool, health club, children’s facilities and teen club. It marks the group’s first property in Mauritius although it operates two resorts in the Maldives, Jumeirah Vittaveli and Jumeirah Dhevanafushi. Jumeirah currently operates 22 luxury hotels and serviced apartments, including 11 in the Gulf, eight in Europe and three in Asia. A further 17 hotels are under development. 0 Comments
