The 206 room, five star property will be located at the Saraya Bandar Jissah center in the integrated tourism complex which is currently being developed by Muriya located in the Hajjar Mountains. The development will be constructed by Leighton Middle East Contracting. The company will handle all landscaping, civils, hotel finishes and MEP work to be operated by the Jumeirah Group, while Atkins will be the supervisin consultant. “Saraya Bandar Jissah is pleased to be working with HLG who has delivered quality projects throughout the region,” said Sheikh Hamood Al Hosni, CEO of Saraya Bandar Jissah. The hotel is the first phase of Saraya Bandar Jissah, set to finish in 2017, which will be home to a boutique hotel, residential properties and recreational facilities. “This is our first contract with Saraya Bandar Jissah and we are proud to be selected as the main contractor to deliver what will be a flagship hotel in the region,” HLG’s CEO José Antonio López-Monís. 0 Comments
