Besides proving his mettle on Dubai’s real estate landscape, Alabbar’s business interests range from e-commerce platform noon.com to digital lender Zand Bank, of which Alabbar is chairman. He received as much as $900m from Americana’s IPO in December 2022 and his remaining stake is now valued at $1.98bn, based on the offer price.
