Mohammed Bin Odeh, who recently joined the company as CEO, announced that villas from the Dhs7 billion residential project will be handed over to buyers in December 2014. “The Living Legends project today is at an advanced stage and I am working very closely with the team to maintain the schedule,” said Bin Odah. “There are also plans to release new apartments in the market shortly,” he added. As per the original plan, the residential project will feature 500 villas, 12 residential towers with 2,200 apartments, a golf course, one mall, three office buildings, two mosques, and gardens. Saudi investment company and property developer Tanmiyat began the 15 million square foot project, Living Legends, located off Emirates Road in Dubailand, in 2007. Construction of the Dubailand project resumed in 2010, following the decision to shelve the entire development after the global financial crisis hit Dubai back in October 2009. 0 Comments
