The development will offer amenities such as a multi-purpose room, a lounge area, a snooker room, a playroom for children, a gymnasium and a private theatre. Outdoor public amenities include a garden, swimming pools and play areas. The project was launched in April 2015, with the developer anticipating completion in 30 months. Bloom Heights, a mixed-use two-tower project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, will include 686 residential units linked internally by four podium levels, with a mixture of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
