Home Industry Hospitality Millennium & Copthorne takes over Dubai’s Radisson Blu Downtown hotel Millennium said the property had not changed ownership and all current commercial agreements would remain valid by Staff Writer January 18, 2017 Hotel group Millennium & Copthorne has said it has takenover management of the Radisson Blu Downtown in Dubai’s Business Bay from Carlson Rezidor Group. The hotel will now be known as M Hotel Downtown by Millenium and become the first to be operated under the mid-market M Hotel brand in Dubai. Millennium said the property had not changed ownership and all current commercial agreements would remain valid. In June, the company it said it would open 10 new properties across the Gulf Cooperation Council region over the next 12 months.
