Home Industry Hospitality Millennium opens five-star hotel in Dubai’s Business Bay The Grand Millennium Business Bay is currently in the soft opening phase by Staff Writer September 12, 2018 Millennium Hotels and Resorts on Wednesday announced the soft opening of a new five-star property in Dubai’s Business Bay. Grand Millennium Business Bay, which is located on the Dubai Water Canal, has 251 rooms and will eventually accommodate seven food and beverage venues, 11 meeting rooms, a 455sqm ballroom and a health club and swimming pool. Restaurants open during the soft launch include European café Beau Rivage Bar, and all-day dining restaurant The Podium. “Grand Millennium Business Bay offers all the modern comforts and state of the art facilities to please any type of traveller; whether it’s tourists to Dubai thanks to our close proximity to the airport and city’s iconic attractions, or residents who will seek out our F&B outlets, MICE and leisure facilities,” said general manager Ziad El Hawi. An official opening ceremony will be held by the end of the year. Pre-opening rates start from Dhs425. The company said last month it had 10 new openings planned within the next year.
