Home Industry Hospitality Mövenpick Hotel Apartments open in Downtown Dubai Accor closed its acquisition of Mövenpick two months ago by Robert Anderson November 7, 2018 France’s AccorHotels has announced the opening of the Mövenpick Hotel Apartments in Downtown Dubai. The opening represents Mövenpick’s sixth property in Dubai and features 244 units ranging from rooms to three-bed apartments. Amenities include a private chef on request, complimentary wifi, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool lounge, outdoor and kids’ pools, four meeting rooms and a gym and sauna. “The brand’s newest Dubai property caters to a growing demand for world-class apartment-style accommodation in one of the city’s most sought after districts, complemented by exceptional dining options and a warm and intuitive service for which Mövenpick is renowned,” said Marc Descrozaille, chief operating officer of AccorHotels – Middle East & Africa. The opening comes after Accor closed its acquisition of the hotel operator in September.
