Home UAE Dubai Nikki Beach Resort And Spa Dubai Targets Autumn 2015 Launch Luxury lifestyle brand ends 10-year search and teams up with Meraas Holding by Dominic Ellis December 4, 2014 Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts plans to open its first Middle East resort in Dubai next Autumn – ending a 10-year search for the right location and partner. The brand, which has 12 properties globally, including Nikki Beach Bali – which opened in October (pictured) – has teamed up with Meraas Holding. The 52,000 sqm resort will contain a 400-metre beachfront along with 117 rooms & suites, 14 Ultra Beach villas, branded residences, three restaurants, an “Ultra” VIP lounge serving caviar and drinks, Nikki Spa by ESPA and Tone Fitness Center. Beyond its size, the announcement is interesting in the context of Dubai’s evolving tourism industry, as the resort will be located on Pearl Jumeirah, a reclaimed island coming up close to Downtown Dubai. The villas will feature private gardens and pools while all hotel rooms & suites will offer Gulf and city views. The resort will also include 61 exclusive branded residences with a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom residences and townhouses and 850 sqm penthouse. The Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club will be modeled after the contemporary look and feel as all the brand’s locations globally, with a pool surrounded by all-white sun beds. Café Nikki will feature an open kitchen and contemporary international style cuisine made with organic ingredients and another F&B highlight will be a Californian-style speciality seafood restaurant. 0 Comments
