Home Transport Aviation Oman Air And Bank Muscat Launch Visa Credit Card Co-branded card is designed to reward and enhance loyalty among frequent flyers by Dominic Ellis September 30, 2013 Oman Air and Bank Muscat have teamed up to launch a co-branded Visa credit card. For every RO1 spent on the card, cardholders receive two miles in the airline’s Sindbad frequent flyer programme. On enrolment, all cardholders also receive a bonus of 1000 Sindbad miles and the first 500 cardholders will be credited with an additional 8000 Sindbad miles. The annual subscription charge for the card is RO15. Alongside travel rewards, cardholders can receive free travel insurance and entertainment and shopping benefits. Tariq Atiq, asst. general manager – Cards & eBanking, said the initiative is also designed to encourage more Omanis to use electronic payments, which offers enhanced security through PIN authorisation.
