The first two phases of the gated community, comprising of 594 units, were all sold in seven days and represented a total sales value of Dhs900m. The community will include signature Majid Al Futtaim retail options, a school, an outdoor cinema, walkable neighbourhoods lined with Ghaf tree trails, and an 18km cycling and jogging trail too. “Our focus is firmly placed on offering quality destinations that respond and specifically cater to the needs of modern communities and residents.
