Fairmont Riyadh offers 298 guestrooms – including 40 suites – ranging in size from 40sqm to 395sqm and is located at the Business Gate community – a mixed-use development featuring over 70 multinational and regional companies. The hotel’s convention centre offers two ballrooms that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests each. The property also features 10 meeting rooms. Dining options include the 365 – which offers nine international cuisines available all-day; Café Connect offering grab-and-go food; House of Grill – which offers a fine-dining steak experience; and Pesto offering Italian food. The plaza features the signature “Savoy Lounge” which offers beverages and a high tea experience with homemade sweets. Other amenities include relaxation rooms, steam and sauna rooms, an indoor pool, and a male only spa and salon – Gentlemen’s Tonic. The hotel also has a ‘Ladies Lounge’ exclusively managed by female staff which features a spa, ladies beauty salon and boutique gym. The hotel will also offer the Fairmont Gold experience, which includes exclusive access to the private gold lounge, dedicated check-in and check-out areas, meeting rooms and complimentary food and beverage options including breakfast, evening canapes and afternoon tea. Designed by LW Designer Group, Fairmont Riyadh is the closest luxury hotel to the King Khalid International Airport and is also one of the only luxury hotels to be located in the northern part of the city, a statement said. The hotel is offering a special introductory offer for stays until March 31, 2019, with room rates starting at $440++ per night including breakfast for two.
