Federal, local and private sector entities, ministries and departments in the UAE will remain closed for three days, starting May 14, to mourn the demise of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Work across the public and private sector will resume on Tuesday, May 17, according to the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.
Academic institutions across the emirate of Dubai will also remain closed until Monday, and will resume on Tuesday next week.
Meanwhile, funeral prayer for the UAE President will be held after Magrib prayer today, May 13.
