QR810 departs Doha at 0735 and arrives in Tokyo Haneda at 2325 and the return QR811 departs Tokyo Haneda at 0100 and arrives in Doha 0600. The new service is served by a two-class B787 Dreamliner with 22 business and 232 economy class seats. It marks the airline’s third point in Japan, complementing flights to Tokyo Narita and Osaka. Haneda is viewed by many as a more convenient airport for those travelling to and from Tokyo, being located around nine miles from the city centre, compared with Narita’s 36 miles. Haneda is connected by several rail lines, a monorail line and scheduled bus services, reaching all parts of Tokyo. Emirates also operates daily services to both Tokyo airports. Japan Airlines switched its London-Tokyo services from Narita to Haneda on March 30. Next month Qatar Airways starts flights to Dallas Fort Worth and Djibouti. 0 Comments
