The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development has issued a circular stating that the directive applies on the aforementioned eateries inside and outside of malls in the capital emirate, Abu Dhabi Media Office tweeted on July 29. Reusable cutlery to be used if able to be effectively sanitised. Vulnerable members of staff to be prevented from returning to work. Body temperatures of all staff to be checked on arrival using an infrared thermometer. Fever or virus symptoms among employees to be immediately reported to the Department of Health. Frequently touched surfaces and equipment to be regularly sanitised. Floor signages to be installed to indicate two meter social distancing. Maximum of four customers are to sit at a table. Earlier this week, the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development confirmed that a maximum of 60 per cent of the workforce in the private sector are allowed to work on-site.
