However, with epidemics such as diabetes and obesity rising in the UAE, it is essential to maintain a fitness regimen. Across the country, there are several gyms equipped with the latest exercise gear, great interiors and licenced trainers. Although the top-of-the-range gyms come at a hefty price, most of them offer trial periods and an option to try out some of their group classes such as pilates and zumba. If you were to check out one gym a day and try out their classes, you would have earned yourself an exceptional workout – for free. GFX – Try a free class What: At this fitness centre, they don’t operate as a gym, rather, they offer different workout classes, including cycling, swing yoga, body combat, pilates, zumba, belly dancing and more.
