The emirate even hosted the world’s most expensive car, a gold Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 made from a 500kg solid block of gold. Priced at $7.4 million (Dhs27 million), the car was created by Lamborghini and Robert Gülpen. Customising a car however, can be a lengthy and costly process and may cost more than an average car itself, according to online vehicle marketplace Carmudi. The company did a survey and came up with the priciest car add-ons that the ultra-rich are buying in the region. 1. It is an investment that quadruples the price of your car. 2. An Asanti spokesperson said: “With the response we gathered from the public on these rims, we could confidently affirm that our target market is everyone that appreciates art and the art of dreaming.” 3. The audio maker also ensures that a built-in mobile phone is placed to allow technicians to examine the system from any location around the world if a technical error arises. 4. The pricier model, created for the Bentley Continental GT, is finished in white gold. 5.
