From offers on luxury yachts to premium dining locations, visitors are spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a plan for the special night. However, the elaborate fireworks display that takes the main stage every year tends to be a deal breaker when it comes to making celebratory plans. This years fireworks will take place at major hotspots in the city and by the beach: Burj Khalifa The events at Downtown Dubai to ring in 2021 are not to be missed, with a combination of fireworks, lights and laser show, and a fountain performance. Restaurants located downtown and in high-rise buildings will provide the best viewing experience, as well as unique food and beverage packages for the night. If you cannot make it in person, you can even catch the whole celebration online – it will be live streamed on mydubainewyear.com. Atlantis A yearly favourite, the Atlantis hotel on Palm Jumeirah will also host fireworks for guests with a performance by the iconic hard rock band Kiss. Burj Al Arab This iconic Dubai landmark will be hosting a fireworks show to bring in the New Year, which can be best viewed from one of the restaurants at Madinat Jumeirah, or along the coast at either Kite Beach or the Black Palace Beach. Global Village Global Village is planning on celebrating 2021 in a grand way. and provide visitors with unlimited access to rides for the whole night. There will be seven firework shows representing the start of the New Year across seven countries, in the order of which they will be celebrating the New Year. The fireworks will kick off with China at 8pm, followed by Thailand, then Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, UAE, and end with Russia at 1am. Emirates Golf Club For a more intimate celebration, you can gather at the Emirates Golf Club, which will be hosting a fireworks show with entertainment provided by live tribute acts from Stevie Wonder and Rob Stewart. Dubai Festival City Mall Set to host two firework shows on New Year’s Eve at 9pm and 12am, Dubai Festival City mall will host its renowned Imagine show, which constitutes lasers, lights, and fountains.
