The brand announced its first project – Rove Home Aljada – a residential development in Aljada, Sharjah. Rove Hotels signature style All apartments in the development will showcase the contemporary design that is synonymous with the brand’s signature style. Although Aljada marks its inaugural site, the company has plans to construct additional Rove Home properties in the future. Due to go on sale in the coming weeks, each of the Rove Home Aljada apartments will be equipped with smart home features alongside warm, simple design and contemporary finishes. With options ranging from one, two and three-bedroom apartments, its residents will also have the option to avail for add-on services such as housekeeping, in-room dining, laundry, and more when buying an apartment. Meanwhile, complementing the adjacent Rove Hotel, the neighbourhood masterplan includes extensive hospitality, retail, F&B and leisure options within walking distance. Also, the destination is home to a cycling network, three schools and a business park. Opposite the apartment is Aljada’s main park and family entertainment district, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
