Home GCC Saudi Arabia Saudi lifts entry ban for travellers coming from UAE, UK, other countries The directive is effective from 1am, on Sunday, May 30 by Gulf Business May 30, 2021 Saudi Arabia will permit inbound travellers arriving into the kingdom from 11 countries, starting 1am on Sunday, May 30, its Interior Ministry has announced. The travel suspension for passengers coming from the UAE, US, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, the UK, Sweden, Switzerland, France and Japan, has been scrapped in light of the stability of the situations in these countries, Saudi Press Agency said. Meanwhile, 14 deaths were also reported in the preceding 24 hours raising the fatality count to 7,334. Meanwhile, with 1,274 recoveries, the total has soared to 430,937. Additionally, a total of 13,731, 626 Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered across the kingdom.
