The UAE Cabinet approved the National Day holiday for the federal government as well as the private sector from December 2 to 4
The bonds will be issued with a 10-year tranche and a 30-year Formosa tranche
The paid holidays will begin from Saturday, April 30
Apart from reduced hours, they can also opt to work remotely on Fridays
FAHR urged federal government employees to avail of the free PCR test service provided by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection
The holiday has been ‘carried over’ to Thursday, giving federal employees a long weekend
The new directive will come into effect from August 29
Beginning August 1, those who are not vaccinated must furnish a negative PCR test result taken within the previous 48 hours
Federal government employees will only need to work from 9am-2pm
All federal bodies are to submit a weekly report on the status of their employees
Previously, they were required to get tested every 14 days
The UAE government levied a 5 per cent VAT on goods and services in January 2018
Work will resume on November 1
The measures include a 50 per cent reduction in the fees to register suppliers
The policy will be gradually applied to all the other emirates across the country
