The airline said more than 240 repatriation flights are scheduled in the upcoming weeks
Only UAE residents with a stamped copy in their passports can travel on the flights
From August 1-29, Air India will repatriate Indian citizens on 22 flights from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi airports

The embassy said the service will resume after initial registrations have been accommodated
The second phase aims to return 30,000 Indians from 31 countries onboard 149 flights
The flights, operated by Air India Express, headed to Kerala in India
