Metro Africa Xpress raised $31m last year to develop an EV market on the continent
Passengers travelling to Dubai and transiting in Uganda will also be allowed to travel
The direct flights will be operated thrice weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
The directive comes into effect from June 11
