Tanmiyat Global launches twin tower development in Dubailand

Real estate development firm Tanmiyat Global has launched a new set of luxury towers in Dubailand.

The Skyline Towers comprise of 34 floors and will become Dubailand’s tallest structure when completed in 2018.

They will cover more than one million square feet and include 750 residential and hotel apartments.
The base eight floors will consist of a shopping mall and parking areas.

Legends Mall will have 158 stores, including a Carrefour, and is set for completion by the end of 2016.
“The Skyline Towers is set to become Dubailand’s most iconic new structure,” said Tanmiyat Global CEO Mohammed Bin Odah.

“They are designed to provide luxury yet affordable accommodation with breathtaking panoramic views across the Dubai skyline unlike any other. This new venture demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a long-term presence in Dubai.”

Delta International Real Estate has been appointed to manage the portfolio and will form the tower association and handover property the property on behalf of the developer.
