The temperature on Monday morning dropped to 1.4 degrees in the Jais mountain in Ras Al Khaimah, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said on Twitter, following heavy rains on Sunday. The NCM also predicted that the weather will remain cloudy on Monday, especially in the east and north. Strong winds will cause blowing dust and reduce the visibility at times in the UAE, the NCM said. The sea will be very rough in the Arabian Gulf and moderate, becoming rough at times with clouds in Oman Sea, it added. Temperatures in the country will increase slightly and gradually from Tuesday, with moderate wind speeds, the NCM said.
