The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bayt.com, reported state news agency WAM. Local talent for UAE jobs The MoU aims to enhance the retention of competent global talent working in the UAE labour market, reported WAM. The tie-up will also allow local talent to be matched with available UAE jobs, according to the ministry. Bayt.com has more than 47 million registered job seekers on its platform along with more than 44,000 employers. The MoU was signed by Khalil Al Khoori, undersecretary of MoHRE for Human Resources Affairs, and Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com. The agreement brings together a shared vision of consolidating public-private partnerships, benefiting from joint resources and expertise, and enhancing contribution to economic development through creating new and innovative solutions for the labour market.
