Visas on arrival will be available to Emiratis for up to 60 days to furnish business, tourism, conference and medical purposes. The on-arrival visa facility is provided at six assigned international airports – Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai, a statement said. The facility will only be extended to those UAE nationals who have previously obtained either an Indian eVisa or a regular visa notwithstanding whether the traveller undertook the journey or not. UAE nationals, keen to visit India for the first time, are encouraged to apply for either an eVisa or a regular visa. A fee of INR2000 (Dhs102) per passenger, inclusive of children, will be charged for the facility, according to the Indian visa website.
